High Voltage & 48V Current Distribution Systems
(Power Distribution Units - PDU)


Our Power Distribution Systems (PDU) form the central connection units of the HV/48V installation of your electrified work machine, special vehicle or other mobile application with high currents. 

The PDU(s) provide 

  • the external connection points to connect all HV components such as batteries, inverters, charging inlets or other PDUs through HV-Cables, 
  • distribute the power through internal high-power bus-bar or power-PCB circuits, and also
  •   form the basis for the HV-safety of your electrified machine via integrated sensors, such as voltage measurement or insulation monitoring, and active elements such as cut-off relays or pre-charging/discharging functions.
